Welcome to my world, where passion meets purpose. I'm David Soto-Griego, LMT., CPT., RYT. – Owner of Conxion (connection) a Mind Body Spirit Holistic Fitness Center embracing diversity where everyone is welcome. Conxion is my brain child Integrating internal focus and intention to external expression I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential through internal and external transformation.
My passion to aid those in need has lead me to expand personally, emotionally and spiritually. Collectively I have 30 plus years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and certified as a Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor, as well as several other certifications in the holistic field
I have poured his heart and soul into creating this space, aiming to address the emotional spiritual and physical needs of individuals in a holistic manor. My focus is on specific areas like personal growth, emotional support, and spiritual exploration. This has made my facility a truly unique experience. Conxion is about transformation, healing, community, and growth.

Inspiration Behind the Logo
Choosing the logo for ConXion was a pivotal moment. I wanted it to symbolize our core values and approach. I found inspiration in the ancient symbol of the Ouroboros—a serpent eating its own tail.
Meaning and Significance
In many cultures, the Ouroboros embodies the cycle of life, death, and renewal. It signifies endless renewal and the idea that endings are also new beginnings. This concept resonated deeply with our mission at ConXion.

The Ouroboros encapsulates the essence of creating a stable foundation in physical, mental, and spiritual realms. Just as the serpent renews itself, our clients are encouraged to continually evolve and grow.
